Our people

Tina SogaardTipee Limited is owned and run by Tina Søgaard from the company's offices in central London.

Tina comes from a strong background having worked at senior sales management levels in Estée Lauder Companies as well as Molton Brown. She is superbly educated with two Masters in Law (LL.M) having studied at the University of Edinburgh, Trinity College Dublin, Oslo University and the University of Aarhus.

She has a broad network of associates and contacts throughout Europe and beyond, having worked in many different countries for several years.

Tina initiated the international expansion of Liz Earle Cosmetics into Australia, Germany, USA, and Japan. She developed the research and network development for South Africa, Spain, France and Korea. Working with the LE team, she launched brand with No. 1 TV Shopping channel, TVSN, in Sydney, Australia and led all aspects of the launch from the initial negotiations (including show line-up) to getting the show on air.
She additionally prepared the brand for launch into European Domestic and Travel Retail markets and progressed towards German retail launch including Green Dot (Grüne Punkt) registration and brand information and marketing translation.

New business development management, maintenance and growth of existing business. Strategic brand expansion and competitive pricing development for European geography. Full staff management, business planning, recruitment, development, retention. European division budget responsibility. Introducing British luxury brand into key European markets: Opening with Karstadt chain in Germany, Le Printemps & Sephora in France, Ilum & Magasin stores in Denmark.
Initiating negotiations with other major department stores in Europe. NK & Åhléns in Sweden in addition to smaller luxury retailers throughout Europe.

Area Sales Manager - Nordic Area - April 2001 - June 03

Managing travel-retailing business for Estée Lauder brand in 8 Nordic countries through developing and maintaining relationships with 20+ customers. Delivering marketing presentations, negotiation on promotions, advertising space and physical in-shop space and locations.
Major restructuring dealt with changing fundamental aspects of business. Staffing changes, updated merchandising on all retail doors. Grown Aquatic business by 20%. Implemented tighter cost control measures. USD$ 5M Revenue responsibility.
Full cycle people management in 4 geographies. Responsible for 2 Account coordinators, 12 Beauty Advisors. 10 permanently staffed locations, 20 retail doors in 8 countries. (60 doors with 40 aquatic included.)
