The sales and marketing intern will assist the Managing Director with various projects and tasks that will give them a well-rounded understanding of business operations. On the marketing side possible projects include: editing and drafting promotional material such as press releases brochures, marketing collateral, writing content for the website, assisting with development of market strategies, research specific target markets, coordinate and design email campaigns for prospective clients. There will also be general sales projects of compiling leads from online and other listings and putting them in a CRM system then acting upon these leads. Interns will have the opportunity to go (accompanied) to client sales meetings and attend professional meetings with the MD.
