Location: London, UK with up to 80% travel in UK and rest of Europe

Summary
This is a key role for an individual seeking for a rewarding and fast-paced career in the cosmetics distribution industry. Reporting to the Area Sales Manager or Managing Director and based in London, UK, the incumbent will be responsible for the following:

Responsibilities
Reporting to the Managing Director and based in London, UK, the incumbent will be responsible for the following:

  • Implementing and achieving retail sales targets and marketing goals
  • Monitoring and identifying marketing potential for new and existing products, assisting in recommending product ordering and product mix, maintaining good management of stock inventory
  • Providing liaison between stores and our Brands
  • Supervising and providing basic training on product knowledge and selling techniques to beauty advisors
  • Managing counter merchandising and executing promotional setups with contractors
  • Conducting market intelligence studies.

Minimum requirements for this position include:

  • Minimum of 2 years ’ relevant experience, preferably in the duty free/ cosmetics/ retail industry
  • Well-groomed, energetic, goal-oriented and capable in projecting the image of the brands
  • Excellent organizational and presentation skills in English and at least one other European language (French, German, Greek or a Scandinavian language preferred) Preference will be given to candidates with fluency in several languages.
  • Proven sales track record and able to work independently
  • Able to travel frequently within Europe
